Noah’s Ark, Faith, and the Freedom of Letting God Do His Part

Recently, God used the story of Noah’s ark to get my heart for what He has coming. As I thought about Noah’s job, I noticed something I had missed before. Noah was responsible for building the ark. God was responsible for everything else. Noah didn’t have to convince the animals to come. He didn’t close the door. He didn’t control the storm. He simply obeyed. That aha moment challenged me to look at how often I try to carry responsibilities that belong to God.
